Consular Services Fees and Other Requirements
- A. Visa
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Passport
- One passport-size photographs
- Completed and signed application form
- A non refundable application fee payable to the Embassy of The Gambia (cash only):
- Standard Single Entry Visa = 75€ (This visa is issuable within 48 hours)
- Express Standard Visa = 100€ ( This Visa is issuable within 48 hours)
- Express Standard Visa = 125€ ( This visa is issuable immediately)
- Express Multiple-Entry Visa = 150€
- Postage 10 €
- Personal or telephonic interview may be required
- Regular Visa processing time: 24 hours
VISA EXEMPTIONS
All Spanish travelling from Spain with chartered flight don’t need visa
VISA PICK UP HOURS
Monday-Thursday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- B. Emergency Travel Document
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed Application Form
- Two passport size photographs
- 10€ fee in Money Order only payable to the Embassy of the Gambia (Free of charge for minors under 12)
- Gambian identification (Gambian national ID, Birth Certificate, Driver’s License, Voter’s card or Marriage Certificate)
- Police Report indicating loss of Passport
- Copy of air ticket
- For minors, passport of the parents and Birth Certificate
IMPORTANT:
In order to issue Emergency Travel Documents, the Embassy must satisfy itself that applicant is a Gambian.

REQUIREMENTS
Documents to be produced in case of:
1. First Application
- Birth Certificate
- 2 passport-size photographs
- Completed and signed Application Form
- Photocopy of passport of father and mother
- A non refundable application fee of 75€ in cash only, payable to the Embassy of The Gambia.
- Postage 10€ if necessary
- Personal or telephonic interview may be required
2. Passport Renewal
- Expired Passport
- 2 passport-size photographs
- Completed and signed Application Form
- A non refundable application fee of 40€ in cash only, payable to the Embassy of The Gambia.
- Postage 10€ if necessary
- Personal or telephonic interview may be required
3. Loss of Passport
- Gambian Identification (Gambian national ID, Birth Certificate, Driver’s License, Voter’s card or Marriage Certificate)
- 2 passport-size photographs
- Completed and signed Application Form
- A non refundable application fee of 40€ in cash only, payable to the Embassy of The Gambia.
- Postage 10€ if necessary
- Police Report indication Loss of Passport
- Personal or telephonic interview may be required
